Ryan with Crew2®, Inc. arrived a few minutes early to confirm my installation before proceeding to Home Depot to pick up my special order double entry door. He returned soon after and began working. Ryan was very friendly, helpful, courteous, and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. He knew what he was doing. :-) He mentioned that when I had purchased the door lock sets and handles that the "dummy" handle would not match. I left Ryan at my home alone to work, while I ran to Home Depot and exchanged the "dummy" handle for the appropriate handle. I felt that comfortable with Ryan to leave him alone at my home!!! The removal and installation took roughly 3 hours. Ryan took the old door and components to my garage for me, which I think was very generous considering the weight and awkwardness of the old door. He cleaned up his entire mess. In addition to removal and installation of my old entry door, he offered to look at my patio door with which I have been having problems. He explained the problem and repaired the fitting of the door as much as possible. After he temporarily repaired the patio door at NO CHARGE, he recommended that the door be replaced because of the gaps and leakage around it. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with Ryan and Crew2®, Inc.!!! They went above and beyond their call of duty. I am so happy with my new door and the service!!! :-)
