Banking/Credit Unions
I have a free checking account there. I have been using this bank for about 12 to 13 years now. All the branches that I have been to in the area, which are quite a few, have been courteous and professional. They are very easy to deal with. Their wait time is usually very short since it is a small town. Even when I go to their branch in Council Bluffs, the wait times are not usually very long, and again as I said they are very professional, courteous and easy to get along with. The auto loan I got recently was also excellent. My overall experience with them has been very good. I would continue to use them in the future.
