Pat was very quick to respond to our initial problem. He assessed the problem and went to work right away to fix it. He had to return the next day, and I had hoped it would be first thing in the morning. It was about 11:00 a.m. when they returned, but they stayed until the job was completed. I had Pats Electric do some more follow on work, and it took about 6 weeks to get him back, but when I did, he was there for part of two days and completed the job.
