Description of Work: He came to the apt. The first time looked at the furnace and left. I called him the next day cuz the furnace still wasn't working. He said the control box needed to be replaced and proceed to replace it with a used control box. The furnace still wasn't working and he came back a 3rd time and said it was a loose wire. Then preceded to fix it
