NATIONAL GUTTER SYSTEMS

I believed everything was ok with the gutter covers until it rained the next Spring.  We are not talking about a downpour, just rain.  Water was pouring over the cover at a corner, which apparently is not in correctly, and onto the stoop.  The water was so powerful coming down it actually blew the paint off the stoop where it landed.   I tried several times to call John Kinter and only got voicemail.  When he accidently answered after three months of leaving messages, I asked him to please come and look at it when he interrupted me and said curtly "when he was in the area, he would stop by."  His office is in Carlisle, I live in south DSM.  After another month of no call, no person, I called the gentleman who did the roof and asked him for suggestions.  He called Kinter but it didn't do any good.  I had to call the company who originally installed the gutters and ask them for service help.  Also, if you want to get a warranty on the gutter covers from him, forget it.   Plan on looking it up on the internet and printing it off on your own.
