The concrete they mixed and used for the rebuild of my brick/concrete front stoop was of poor quality. When I called the manager to complain, she did nothing and told me to call the foreman who did the work.
I did as requested, and was subsequently cussed out and called vulgar names by that foreman. I then informed the manager of what had occurred with the foreman, and she again did nothing. There was no apology, no offer to correct the problem, and no action was taken against the foreman.
I paid over $7,000 for the project and was treated terribly by this company's staff. As a customer, I've never previously been subjected to vulgar name-calling by a business' staff, so this was a first.
Based on my experience, if you do use this company make sure you don't complain about ANYTHING -- you may be called profane names, as I was.

Wyatt did an amazing job on the tuck pointing of both of my chimney's. He did a fantastic job and it looks so good. He was always very informative of what was going on during the process keeping me up to date. Always cleaned up each day and was always here bright and early each morning!!!

Wyatt is awesome - very responsive and did great work. Hired him to do brick repair but he found cracks in the foundation we didn t know we had and fixed all of them. Also repaired failed caulking we had between the driveway and the foundation. Couldn t have asked for a better outcome. I would highly recommend him.
