"Had the service schedule, however, the provider's equipment broke down. Tried to reschedule with the provider, but was not able to complete the service in my required time frame. So I cancelled the service and told the provider that I would be requesting refund from Angie's list."

"I had a dog that recently passed away and toward the end of his life he was having a tough time controlling his urine.  After my dog passed, I called Carpet Pro and they came out the next day and not only did they get rid of the urine smell, Kurt cleaned my couch and all the hair!  I would HIGHLY recommend Carpet Pro for all your carpet cleaning needs!"

"They did an awesome job in a short time period, it was amazing. He quoted the job two days, but it only took him one day! He was really good and friendly, he was even good with my kids! He also helped carry my couch back into the living once it was completed which wasn't apart of the job! I have already recommended him."
