From start to finish it was very professional and streamlined. I just came in, told them my problem, and filled out a paper and they started working on my machine while I was still in the shop! Their turnaround time was fantastic and the overall experience was great! I hope I don't have any more computer problems, but if I do, I know who I'm calling!
