Water Heater Service
I recently bought a house and wanted a new water heater installed before we moved in because the old one was in bad shape. I called Rich at Gadau Plumbing on a recommendation from a friend who had been pleased with the work he had done for him. Rich was very friendly and accessible (e.g., he gave me his cell phone number so I could reach him at any time...even on the job!). My only demand was that he have the heater installed before we moved in, and even though I didn't give him much time, he came through on his promise. Everything, as far as I can tell, looks great on the new heater setup and we still have hot water. I will definitely use him again in the future.

My hot water heater needed replaced and I called on Nov 26 in the morning and still have not received a return call. It is a good thing it wasn't an emergency.
