Luke was on time for fireplace/chimney inspection and service. He was thorough and professional. During inspection he determined no additional chimney work was required. Price was exactly as quoted. He also provided me with installer's contact information.

He arrived 15 minutes early! Covered the floor in front of fireplace with a blanket. Told me his observations and went to work cleaning the chimney. Told him we were experiencing a cold draft and he inspected the outside air intake and also went on the roof to check from above. Found that the fresh air vent wasn't closing and told us to call a fireplace dealer to have it looked at. Was done in a short amount of time with very little mess. I did need to write him a check before he left but that was okay. Nice guy. His name...Luke Sneller...owner/operator.
