"This customer review frankly is slanderous. The information in the above review is as far away from the truth as it possibly could be. During the time that we had [Member Name Removed] The customer that wrote the review's vehicle in the shop we had asked him multiple times if he wanted a estimate. Each time we asked, we were met with "Just fix the Mother F*****, Momma wants the car fixed". He in fact stopped in to shoot the breeze with us once a day while the car was being worked on and, was in the bay with the vehicle inspecting the work being performed. Once all the work had been completed he paid half the bill (with a check that bounced) and we were willing to let him take the vehicle, even though the total balance had not been paid. The customer declined the gesture and decided to leave the vehicle with us until he had the rest of the money. We tried to contact him once the original check bounced, and were unable to reach him. At the end of the day we had to involve both a lawyer and the sheriffs dept to resolve the issue. When the court date was getting close the customer decided it would be a good idea to settle out of the court room and pay his bill. Not only is this man a liar, he is also a coward. This business has been serving the local community since 1920, and have held an A++ with the Better Business Bureau for years. We pride ourselves in honesty and hard work. We employ ASE certified technicians, and constantly strive to uphold our work to the highest standards. When your born into this world, you enter with two things, Your Dignity, and your word.
