We had a severe storm with golfball sized hail. Several roofs in the area had been damaged and were being replaced. I called JMB to inspect my roof which is only 3 years old (not done by JMB). They came over and inspected for free and said there wasn't any damaged. They explained that newer, more flexible roofs were typically not affected. There was no charge for the inspection since they were in the area. Very happy with that.

The work begin in February. Owner Joel Benbow and an assistant fearlessly attacked the snowy, icy roof. The pair were caked in snow and frost after one hour. Joel said that no one could get to the bathroom exhaust pipe until warmer weather. He suspected that was the cause of the leak.A couple weeks later, unannounced, I heard sounds on the roof. Joel had returned! No extra charge, just a detail that needed finishing. He sealed the pipe. So far, so good! He's fast, affordable and honest! A second-generation roofer, JMB is the call to make.
