They are very professional. Their salesman was misleading on the start time, but once we got the straight time frame the rest of the experience was very good.

The roofing went pretty well for the first three days , but it came to the final day they cut the crew in half and rushed to the job working well into the night. As a result the finishing was poorly done. There are two chimneys on the roof and neither one of the were not flashed properly. The roof was leaking around both chimneys and in fact you could see light through the roof on the highest chimney. Jansen did return and took over a month to repair the leaking around the lower chimney while not bothering to check the other chimney? They returned several times which only says the work was not done correctly in the first place.The caulking around the chimneys simply was not done. I hied a different roofer to repair the other chimney at my own expense! Why would you allow this outfit to return a problem that they caused and was incapable of correcting. It is disappointing to pay for work that is sub par causing the in convince of hiring another contractor to fix the work.

"We apologize for the issues that you had with your roof project. Unfortunately we were never made aware that you were told that the owner would call you. We apologize for the miscommunication there. However, we did make sure that the repairs you requested were taken care of and paid for by us with a contractor of your choosing. During tear-off these things can get damaged and need repair, it should have been corrected the right way immediately, and then it would have never been an issue for you. We acknowledged the problem and paid for repairs because we do stand behind our work and want things done correctly. It would have saved us significantly to contract the work ourselves but at your request and in fairness to you for the issue, we paid to allow you the contractor of your choice. I hope that you recognize that we ultimately resolved your issues and that your roof should last you many, many years to come. Should you ever have any issues please contact us immediately."

Everything we expected and more. Replaced the hangers for the gutters with hidden hangers and added two roof vents in garage roof at no extra cost. Hardest working team I have seen in a long time. Clean up was continuous. I was especially impressed that even though one worker was on cleanup the entire time as the others finished their jobs they not only pitched in on clean up, they made it fun!! Great job!

Jansen roofing did an excellent job. They were very professional from the initial estimate until the job was completed. They worked with us to accommodate our schedule and checked in daily to ensure everything was going to plan. I highly recommend them!!

Bruce Jansen quoted next day and scheduled it in three weeks later. Crew was experienced, punctual, did quality work and cleaned up fine. Used Owens-Cornings shingles. They gave me a choice of higher priced shingles. All in all, a great job.

Bruce was wonderful to work with in determining the necessary work and selection of shingles. He even helped with some of the clean-up! Sean was great to work with throughout the process checking on details and making any noted adjustment. When an issue came up, they were both available to answer questions and ready to provide options.

Best experience with a service provider ever. Michael came out and did an initial inspection. In addition, he met with the insurance adjuster and provided pictures and assisted in this process. While we waited for the insurance approval, they reattached shingles as a courtesy just so we would not have any problems. Once we got the approval from our insurance company, Michael came to the house with the contract and different options for the shingles and undercoat. He told us work would start on 20 June and would take 21/2 to 3 days. That is exactly what it was. Workers were courteous, on time, and neat about cleanup and retrieving nails from drive and yard. My roof is gorgeous. Best looking roof in the whole neighborhood.

Work was done very well. Clean up was reasonable. About 95-98% of materials removed from site. A few items (nails, bits of roofing) were left in the yard.
We did the job in two parts. The first was the main house the a few weeks later the roof over the living room. I would have liked the 10% credit for a repeat customer but was denied.

Showed up at agreed upon time, spent about an hour going over options, and measuring the roof, left a quote for us to review, did not push for us to sign the contract today for a "Today only Special". Work was started within two weeks of signing the contract, and completed in three (3) days. Clean up was completed and all material was removed from site.

We had talked with Bruce Jansen last fall, concerning the need for a new roof. We decided to wait until this spring to have the job done. We got a couple other estimates, plus a new estimate from Bruce, the first part of April, knowing cost had probably increased. All estimates were really close, however, Bruce decided to stick to his estimate of last fall and gave us a great deal on the gutter guards. We decided to sign a contract with Jansen & White, because of their help & information last fall and staying with their original estimate, even though their costs had increased. They called us on Tuesday to start work on Thursday and said it would take two days. They came on time each day and had the job completed on Friday around 7:00. There was no damage to my landscape and when they completed their cleanup, you could not tell they had been here. The roof looks great and we are very pleased with the results. They did have to replace one little area of plywood, that was rotting, due to the old roof not being installed properly. They did not charge for that. They were very professional workers. We paid no money down and Bruce came by the Monday after they finished and picked up the check.
It was our choice to wait until the end of the month for the job to be done.
We are very satisfied and would highly recommend this company.
