 + 0 moreIt was excellent. He have a great summary of the condition of the piano along with what needed to be repaired and the cost of the repairs. He showed up on time to disassemble the piano. The movers moved it to a new location and he was right there to put the piano back together. Paul is very easy to work with and takes a personal interest/pride in every piano he works on. This is the third piano that I have hired him to work on.
Description of Work: Helped to move (disassembled and reassembled) a baby grand piano. He also provided an evaluation of the overall condition of the piano.

 + -1 morePaul is very knowledgeable in his field. Not only did he tune our piano, but there were a couple of broken pieces that he was able to repair /rebuild or replace with some used piano parts he had on hand. He then gave us a very professional appraisal of our piano.
