Whether it's your home, your office, or both, Radon Solutions has your solution. Our trained professionals will work with you every step of the way to deliver a high quality system to address your radon problem and restore your peace of mind. Radon Solutions provides high quality active soil depressurization systems that are guaranteed to reduce elevated radon levels. Should a radon mitigation system be needed, we will custom design a system based on the building characteristics of each individual home/building. The best practice for radon mitigation is active sub-slab depressurization. The goal is to capture and contain the radon before it enters the living space, then force the gas out of the home. Overview of a typical active sub-slab depressurization system. Here are the basic steps for creating an active sub-slab depressurization system to remove radon from the home: • Install one or more perforated suction pipes in a layer of gravel beneath the slab. These pipes will collect the radon from the soil. • Connect these suction pipes to one solid piece of pipe that extends from below the slab up through the roof. This pipe is used to carry the radon from the sub-slab out through the top of the home where it can be diluted in the atmosphere. • Connect a radon vent fan to the suction pipe, usually in the attic. This fan will make the sub-slab depressurization "active" and will force the radon from the home.

Radon Solutions came as soon as possible to recheck and seal a tarp for the selling of our home. They stood behind their work and were extremely easy to work with. It's nice to have businesses that stand behind their work like this one does!!

Casey did a great job - he reduced the average level of Radon in the house from 6.6 pCi/l to 0.4 pCi/l. He was also very polite and responsive. He was happy to answer all of my questions and was a pleasure to work with.

When we called for a quote, Tony came out promptly and went through things with us. We had one other quote done but we decided to go with Radon Solutions because they were the lowest cost and also gave a lifetime warranty on workmanship and the system (minus damage caused by weather, etc). The installation was faster than I expected and they cleaned up the mess. Our radon had tested 8.7 before the installation and tested 1.1 after the installation.

The test went well though we had to be cognizant of keeping the doors and windows closed!

The work was performed on schedule, within the timeframe alloted, and was done correctly. A follow up test was left with me to verify the work and the test was completed and showed that the system accomplished the purpose of removing a sufficient amount of Radon gas to keep my home safe.

He was very knowledgable. We had it quoted by someone else, who did not know what he was doing and suggested a complicated install that was expensive. Radon Solutions quoted much less and were in-and-out on the install.
Truly professionals in the radon mitigation arena.

We have a two-level basement. They installed a pipe in each level of our basement. They were able to run the entire system from the basement through the attic and out the roof because we had access to an opening in an interior wall. Because of this they did not have to attach the pipe to the outside wall of the house and this makes it look like it was installed when the house was built. Work was completed in less than 6 hours. We chose Radon Solutions because the price was lower than another estimate. I have no complaints about the work they did and am impressed by how they did it.
