It was horrible first it took longer than it was suppose too. The workers would show up around 11-12 in the afternoon, some days not at all. The work they did was very poor! My roof leaks, my sliding glass door sticks, my counter tops are not level, my walls are off, and they left the job unfinished after we refused to pay the last $300 that was left for the job in fear they wouldn't finish. We called several times to get corrections made and to finish the job and nothing! I would never hire them or any one that worked for them!

Salesman was easy to deal with and gave us a good deal on an overstock door. He answered my questions and was very reassuring. Then the team arrived to replace it, a father and son, and they had a very hard time busting the old door out and had to keep apologizing for cussing, but at least they apologized. It took them most of the day to do the job, and they worried about that quite a bit.
When they brought up the door to install, we discovered that it faced the wrong direction for the room it was being put into! It was also a bit small for the opening, which was a problem when it came to the trim. The trim never got put back up and little bits of insulation are sticking out for an inch around the perimeter of the door. I reluctantly agreed to let them leave it that way and hoped my husband would replace it with new trim that was wide enough to fill the gap.
The door itself is only mediocre quality and I wouldn't buy that brand again. It has problems with squeaks, being finicky about locking, and the screen constantly popping off-track. We've had them come fix the squeak, which they were glad to promptly do, and they got it to lock right at that time, but it's finicky, so now we've reverted to just using the frame-lock, which works quite well especially with children. It keeps children in and weather out so it does its basic duty.
I did write a complaint email last year about the door opening on the left when it should open on the right, and I was given an apology and told that if they came up with another overstock door that faced the right direction they'd switch it out for me. I guess they haven't come across one yet, and I'm not planning to push it. It was made clear to us that they already took a cost hit doing the work for what they charged and they can't really afford to switch it out even if it was their oversight. It's inconvenient to have to enter and exit through the far side of the kitchen, past the dining table, but it is what it is.

It started fine and then went down hill from there. They don't stand by their word. The work they do is NOT professional. Bad buisness giving others out there a bad name.
