Iossi - SITE UNSEEN. Windows: 4 major problems; no caulk above one of large windows, 2 windows not opening properly (installer said that was the way it was made - yea right) and 1/4 inch gaps on inside that was not caulked, and tried to charge for tempered glass where not needed. All required returns to my house. Flashing inside gutters: not installed where it was 'most' needed. Another return. Unless you are willing to climb latters, etc to inspect their work, go with someone you can trust, even if it's a few more dollars!!

It was good. I would recommend them. I had one little snafu and they came right out and fixed it the next day.

If I would've rated Iossi 1.5 years ago when we had four windows replaced, I would've given them an A. Unfortunately, we trusted our experience with this company would repeat itself and it certainly didn't. We ordered the rest of our windows (about 13 and 2 sliding glass doors) plus all new siding this time around. Day one started out great, but it all went downhill from there. While trying to replace our sliding glass door, the men encountered dry rot and the door came off with a huge chunk of our house. That was fine and they did their best to seal up the hole in the house that afternoon. The 1st of many problems came the next day. As they worked to repair the door, they accidentally broke our brand new concrete patio. We questioned it and the finger pointing started. They said there was already a crack (though I had pictures from the night before which showed no crack) and blamed the concrete company. Then instead of helping us fix the issue, the problem was on our shoulders. The framing of the back door wasn't completed and neither was the siding on that part of the house because it was up to us to schedule and pay for the new concrete patio that I'd paid for to be fixed. Once we got different concrete quotes, we had it fixed by the original company at our expense. Iossi didn't stop short of billing us for the windows during that time despite the fact our back patio door was still not framed and parts of it open to the elements of bugs! (I will say they took $125 of their labor off the bill - but the concrete accident was $800!) When we had it done, we told them to resume the project, but the siding guys were now on another job. So fast forward 3 months - that's how long it took to finish our ranch! It was up to the siding guys to complete framing the patio door as the window men didn't come back. And to top it off, our windows had two broken locks that we had to have them come out and fix (more time we had to be home from work). With all this said, I would think twice about the job you are asking this company to do before you hire them. It's a great product, but for the amount of money we spent, I"m extremely disappointed with their professionalism. No company should blame another when an accident happens. Workers should show up when we stay home from work to let them in. And the biggest disappointment (besides my extra expenses), if they would've worked longer than 4-hour days, it might not have taken 3 months!

I I have employed Iossi  for several projects. More windows will be installed over time leading  eventually to vinyl siding the entire house.  This is an older home and covered w/stucco.  There is  a lot of masonry  prep work that needs to be done before the siding can be applied.  
The crew was great.  They got started right away, communicated well with each other, and finished the job in great time. I had been having problems with rain leaking in and had some rotted wood.  They took care of all that before sealing up the windows.  They completely built out the frames and covered them so the siding can be applied later.  
They have their shop built into their truck so they do not have to set up equipment and leave a mess in the yard. The inside was cleaned and areas near windows vacuumed. The windows were clean and no paper tags were attached. Since this was a part of a long term project, I appreciated the time and effort put into installing 4 windows.  I can't wait until all the windows are installed using this  newer, better product.

It went just fantastic. I took advantage of a free estimate and he was right on time when he said he would be. The VP of the business came out and gave the estimate, he gave me a great estimate and started work the next day after I signed the offer sheet. Like I have said, I will continue doing business with this great company.

They said they would be here at 1:00, and they showed up right on time. They went over everything and explained all the details to me, answering all of my questions. They will be doing some new windows, siding, and a roof repair.  They quoted me a great price, and I look forward to working with them.

The installation specialists worked well together and definitely knew what they were doing.  I learned a lot about siding.  The first day they delivered supplies and siding after finishing another job.  It took 2 days to pretty much complete siding the garage.  A few  details and clean up took part of a 3rd day.  They generally did cleanup each day with final cleanup the last day.  They left me a few extra pieces of siding in case it would be needed.  I looked over the whole area and was impressed with their workmanship and cleanup.  After many years of working together, these guys are very job oriented.  However, they listened to my questions and took the time to answer in a way I could understand.  They were courteous and had a good sense of humor, but they did not waste time on the job.  They worked until 5:00 both days. I feel the contents of my garage are much more secure. There will be less dust/dirt and fewer bugs  will get in.  Bottom line is my garage looks just great...especially to my neighbors.  Iossi, thanks for helping beautify my property.

Chuck from Iossi came to the house, and while we were getting quotes from at least six other companies, we felt the most comfortable with him.  He was great at working with our budget without costing us in quality or product.   He told us what to expect, when to expect it, worked hard and succeeded in matching our scheduling needs even with short notice; he spoke so well about his office manager Kim that we felt like we knew her too and when we called her we liked her even more!  Responses to any questions were never put off, were answered within a very short period of time, and seriously,  Iossi made us feel like we were "special".  Chuck selected contractors that we were impressed by, who were courteous, professional, on time, and who went out of their way to work with us and our needs  - including the special needs of our rescue pup! All in all....... we could not be happier with the service or the end result of our home project!!

This company was very responsive.  They called back quickly and were prompt in arriving at the house.  The price was very reasonable and Dave was personable.  Service was excellent!

The gentleman that came to do the inspection and write up the quote was punctual and very professional. We ended up going with another contractor purely due to price. If a need arose in the future that we could use Iossi I would not hesitate.

The estimator talked through the details with me as the install was not a slam dunk. I know this becasue I used to be a construction inspector. We reached a general conscience and when the team got there they got the door installed in 3-4 hours. I had some minor concerns related to the door closing to difficultly assumedly becasue of the temperature diffrence because it occured after the temp dropped quite a bit. They came out and made it just right so I'm very happy with the install.

The entire process from the quote to the clean up was extremely professional and the finished product surpassed our hopes for the project.
The quoting process was extremely efficient and at no time did I feel like I was being sold on anything that I did not want or wasn't necessary. At the same time the knowledge and experience of the individual was evident as he brought to light some issues that I had not thought about previously. The thing I was most appreciative of was his respect of my time. The individual who was providing the quote had arrived early and had measured the outside of the house prior to us sitting down so that I would not have to wait while he did this.
The project ran on time throughout despite extremely difficult weather conditions. I had been told that they would have all of the products needed to complete the job within 6-8 weeks and would get started in that same time frame. I was kept up to date about when the products were in and when they would be starting on my project and how long the job would take. The job was started during week 6 which was right on schedule for what I had been told. The window installation was completed slightly ahead of schedule and the siding started the very next day. Both my wife and I were extremely impressed with the siding crew as they worked through 100+ degree temperatures to stay on schedule. I was frequently consulted with to make sure that the project was turning out the way we had envisioned.
In addition I have been contacted by the company several times since the project was completed to make sure that we are happy with the outcome and to see if they need to touch anything up.
Ultimately I walked away from the experience feeling that I had worked with a company and individuals who took the steps necessary to make sure they could be proud of their work not just knock out a project and collect a check. Not only are my wife and I thoroughly pleased with finished product, but we have had multiple neighbors and some perfect strangers stop by to tell us how nice the house looks.
