About us
Copper Collar Lawn Care is a Veteran Owned and Operated small business. The name Copper Collar comes from the iconic US Navy MK 5 dive helmet used from 1905 until 1984. I served in the US Navy for 24 years with the majority as a Navy Diver. I conduct lawn care on properties up to 1 acre; general yard clean-up; and pet waste disposal. Mower can fit through gates 33” wide. I have insurance and all necessary paperwork and permits required in the state of Iowa and Scott County. Thanks.

Can't say enough great things about the work he did. He replied to my request very quickly and showed up on time. He trimmed my trees and also did some light yard work like pulling weeds, etc. He was very courteous and cleaned up everything and took yard debris with him. He definitely takes pride in his work! I would highly recommend him for your lawn care needs!

They came when they said they were going to. They did a great job on our shrubs, and they cleaned up very well. I donâ t know if you could ask much more out of a landscaping company. I donâ t know other facets of their business, but the shrub trimming was very good.

Adam is very thorough and has great attention to detail. I love the way my yard looks. He can do more than just maintain the mowing as I had him fertilize mine too and it is very green and getting weed free. He is a retired veteran and is very personable. He even taught my son how to clean up after the dogs since I'm disabled and can't.

He is very congenial and is open to any ideas you may ask him about. His fees are reasonable and he will do about anything you ask him to do.
