Bragdon Appliance Service

Description of Work: Maytag Warranty Service. 'No Charge' My 6 Month old Dryer went out over Christmas. I placed a service call on Maytag’s website and Bragdon Appliance Was scheduled to come out on Friday the 30th. Mark came out & found a bad sensor. He didn’t have the part on his truck, & wasn’t allowed to go back to the shop & pick one up (Company Policy)… It would have to be rescheduled for next Thursday. He came back out on Thursday, replaced it and I thought all was well. We did a normal load, and when it was dry, found a large puddle of water under the dryer. I called Bragdon back and explained what happened and that I was unhappy about having to go to the laundry-mat for two weeks now. Abbey then asked what was wrong with my “Washer” (??!!), so I went through the whole story again. She said she would try to get Mark back out next week Monday, as they don’t do nights or weekends. I said that wasn’t going to work & I would call Maytag back & try to get someone else out. A few minutes later, Randy from Bragdon called me & said the same thing, he would re-arrange Mark’s schedule and get him out Monday and that was the best they could do, sorry. I had him put me on the schedule, but I was going to explain all of this to Maytag. He said fine. Maytag was able to schedule A&E out the same day to fix it. I called Bragdon back to cancel the appointment, said my name & location and Abby said “Who” is this? I had to explain & remind her that I had just talked to her & Randy… She said Oh-Yeah…Okay…Thanks for calling back.
