My husband and I just purchased a home and wanted all exterior doors rekeyed before we moved in. I called Bettendorf N&S Lock on Monday and told them what I needed. I also told them that there was no hurry as we wouldn't be moving for another two weeks and that I could meet them there 'whenever' because I work only minutes away. Two days later, Jim, their locksmith, called me to meet him.
Jim quickly went to work and within 2 hours, had changed the cores in 9 exterior locks for us. (Included 2 locks each on 4 exterior entry doors and 1 storm door.) When he left, you couldn't even tell he had been there... he completely cleaned up and locked all doors behind himself. I also thought the charges were extremely reasonable, especially considering the peace of mind it bought us. I would not hesitate to call Bettendorf N&S Lock for again next time I find myself in need of locksmith services.
