Wings Repair & Towing

They were prompt in coming to assist us with our emergency and proffessional in recovering our trailer and towing it to their garage.  When we asked about what it would cost to repair the trailer, as it was borrowed, they were unsure and not sure when they could fix it and it was near closing time.  We asked if we could leave the trailer over the weekend as we had to be in Kankakee Ilinois by the next day.  They agreed.  When I called them on Sunday the 25th to get a trailer repair estimate they told me that I would need to call back on Monday @ 8:30 am.  I called on Monday and asked for an estimate.  They said they would get one together and call me back by noon.  When I did not hear from them I called them around 1 PM they still did not have any information and told me they would call around 3.  They did not call so I drove to their shop from Omaha to see if they had any information.  They didn't and it appeared they had done nothing to find out any.  After some discussion I decided to have them load the trailer on the back of the truck I borrowed so I could haul it back to Colorado instead of having it repaired.  They loaded the trailer on my truck with a fork lift breaking the handle on the dollly and scratching the side of the truck.  They left it for me to strap down and haul with no assistance.  They did not charge me for leaving the trailer there but I felt like they did this to get rid of me and I recieved no assistance with the repair.  I hauled the trailer back to Colorado and returned it to the friend I borrowed it from with my apologies.  I would not reccomend this shop for repairs other than Semi Truck repairs.  We were thoroughly frustrated and disappointed with their service.
