Brought clock to the repair person's home (their shop) for estimate. A few weeks later they called to let me know the repair was finished.

A positive experience. I didn't even know I could find someone to service the clock. this gentleman is very experienced and very professional. I will use him again, but as he pointed out, I won't need to have him back out for a few years. I always appreciate the honesty.
