 + -1 moreThey offer fair prices and great customer service. They also do a good job in repairing the equipment - we've had them out several times. The installation was seamless - on time and professionally set up. Dealing with the front office is always top notch.

 + -1 moreThey offered a fair price for a trade-in on our major piece of equipment and had a demonstration recumbent elliptical we were looking for- We scheduled the order of the new equipment , the schedule was met. On the day of delivery, the used equipment for trade-in was removed and the new piece of equipment set up--everyone we dealt with was efficient and courteous- we might add that the equipment we were not offered a trade-in on we donated to the Salvation Army. They have individuals who know ow how to move equipment and maneuver large trucks.
Description of Work: Had checked with several fitness equipment dealers regarding the trade-in of used fitness equipment and whether or not they carried a particular type of recumbent elliptical

 + -1 moreWe have not been happy with the treadmill itself due to the fact that we have had two service calls on it already and it is not even a year old yet. In defense of Push, Pedal, and Pull, they have been very good about coming out and making the necessary repairs and we have not had to pay any additional costs, which is a good thing considering how much money we spent on the treadmill.
Description of Work: Our treadmill, which was less than a year old would not turn on again. This happened shorting after we originally purchased it due to the fact that the treadmill had been left on a truck overnight and had apparently frozen the motor. We should have asked for a new treadmill at the time, but we did not. Push, Pedal, and Pull replaced the motor and we thought it would be fine.
