Brett came over and gave us a quote right away when I called him. Once we decided to go with him he came over very quickly and got started. He came several days in a row because of the need to put several coats of texture on. He did take a long time to complete the job, not because he didn't show up, but because he wanted to get it perfect and it took a day to dry and he'd retry the texture. Overall, he did a great job and kept us notified of his progress along the way.
