For house cleaning, we use phClean. They do it bi-weekly. I will absolutely use them again. They're definitely very through. They're very responsive, quick to come out and fix anything if they do find any problem. They're pretty customizable too, if you want to switch what you're doing or request to destroy them, they're good with working with you. The workers are great. We enjoy them. You get one kind of applied girl to your primary cleaning. It's nice from some house cleaning services where it's not random.

I'm a new customer, so far I like it. All ladies are very professional, friendly and hard working. Minor things were broken during deep cleaning, management took care of it very professionally and in timely manner. Broken things were replaced. Service is always on time. No problem to move or skip a service if we're out of town. Very pleased with an experience.

Guess I answered above. Couldn't ask for more professional service. Oh, I have five inside dogs, too! They get along great with them. When I have a rare issue -- one new person forgot to put the small rugs back down once, and one time the dining room floor wasn't quite as clean -- they come back and fix it. So the service is guaranteed and they are very responsive to any questions, concerns, requests!

They misrepresent, practice "bait-and-switch" strategy in providing services, are overpriced. There are other eco-friendly alternatives in town so best to stay away from these.

"I searched our client list of past jobs, we do not have anyone by this first name OR last name who we have cleaned for over the last 3 years. I would love to get to the bottom of this. We have over 300 regular happy clients in Ames - there is never a bait and switch - we are a professional company with a downtown Ames office, on the Chamber, long time members of our professional association ARCSI, Members of the Main-street Association, etc.. We have given away over 100 free hours of cleaning to community groups and organizations and our favorite cause- those undergoing cancer treatments. We have a guarantee and we always do our best to not only do quality professional work, but to please all our local clients. If this person really DID use our service, I ask that they use their real name, because I have no record of it. I would certainly want to know what they consider bait and switch and where there was a communication breakdown, if this person did indeed use our service. We are Eco-Friendly, on our deep cleans we do use stronger cleaning agents to cut through the dirt faster and more efficiently. The client always has the option to have us use milder products if they need us to. Our everyday cleaning supplies are eco-friendly 100% Sara Martin - Owner"
