I am very pleased with the quality of their work.

We have been thinking about hiring a housecleaning service for a while. And after we sold our condo and were ready to move out we thought hiring a local company to come in and clean our condo after we moved out would be a great trial run. My wife called and scheduled Molly Maids to come out and do a deep clean of everything. They had a late appointment morning available, which worked great so we could get the carpet cleaners in the same afternoon.
The day before my wife received a confirmation call. The appointment setter asked if they could come earlier in the day, and we were actually happy to have them come early. That afternoon I stopped by the condo to let the carpet cleaners in, and it didn't look like anyone had been there. My wife called Molly Maids, and the person on the phone gave an excuse and they just came in cleaned the woodwork and would be there later in the afternoon to do the rest. I called the local office to talk to someone in charge and find out why they didn't get there in the morning. All I got from the person that answered the phone was a half attempt at an apology, and and quot;What am I supposed to do about itand quot; from the person on the phone. Then was told maybe I should call back and talk to the owner. When I went back to the condo to check their work, and show my wife how good a job the carpet cleaners did we noticed they didn't clean the drawers, there was still gunk in the corners of the floors, and the oven door had not been touched.
When my wife called today and got a run around. All we were looking for was a heartfelt apology and some sort of explanation as to why they offered to come early, then didn't get there until 4 hours later than the original scheduled time. Punctuality is a huge factor to me. We will be shopping for a house cleaning service elsewhere.

Cleaning team did a pretty good job. The problem was their office help is terrible. I would email several times and not receive any response. I would have continued to use this service if they had ever answered an email. The maid service was pretty decent and I felt the office help caused them to lose the business.

They are very professional and prompt. The overall quality of the work has been good.

They've do a very good job and are very dependable, courteous and trustworthy. I recommend them to all my friends. I'm really pleased with them.

The initial cleaning was priced a little more because they did a deep cleaning. After the initial cleaning, they came every two weeks, and deep cleaned one room, and spot cleaned the other rooms. There were things that weren't cleaned that I had to bring to the attention of the manager. There was one time when they left my cat out. So there were a few things that I had a problem with. They were always on time and arrived when they said they would. I am not sure if we will hire them again, but I probably would.

I am very happy with the work now.

They always send the same people, so they know my house and my pets. They show up relatively at the same time every session. They are friendly. The pricing is okay.
