First step in understanding your mold issue is an INDEPENDENT inspection by our Biologist and Environmental Hygienist. We will provide you with the most affordable, unbiased, evidence based answers to your mold, radon, and indoor air quality issues in your home, workplace, or school. Our inspector is an accredited Biologist with an extensive knowledge of health, biology, chemistry, as well as construction and water intrusion issues. We are a testing company only, therefore, we have no conflict of interest as remediation and restoration companies do. And, of course, if remediation is necessary the testing afterward should be done by an unbiased third party not involved in the remediation process. Tanner is very thorough and professional! My daughter had been experiencing a rash, cough, sinus infections. She suspected mold in her apartment even after apartment sent a inspector out who only took moisture reading .and deemed no mold...Tanner came and took many tests and pictures, Black Toxic mold several types..It was important for her to not continue to stay until it was professionally remediated. This guy is the real deal and he cares!

I called Midwest Indoor Air quality because I suddenly started feeling nauseated and having headaches every day. Tanner from Midwest called me back within an hour. I discussedd my symptoms and my concerns and wanted to have our air quality tested for radon. Tanner came out that same day. He was very thorough in his investigation and even checked things out I never thought about. Thankfully there was no radon detected and Tanner had a few suggestions on what I could do to fix the issue. Tanner is very knowledgeable in what he does and I was very impressed with his professionalism.
