Jim and Dan were great to work with. Dan came first to check the project out, and then had Jim come to give me an estimate. Jim took the time to go through the house and explain exactly what work needed to be done. They had MidAmerican run service to the side of the house, then ran a meter main from the side of the house through the crawlspace to the location of the old panel. They then put the new panel in and wired everything up, along with upgrading the grounding system. They left the work site as clean as they found it. I will definitely be saving Jim's contact information for my future electrical needs.

We had some under counter lighting that some amateur had done, and lost the job. So, these guys came in here, and worked really hard to find out what the problem is, and got it fixed on a superior manner.

Jim (the owner) was very easy to work with during the estimate process. He understood what I needed even when I didn't know the proper terminology to use! His estimate was the most detailed I've ever seen, which really made choosing his company an easy decision. I had to wait a bit to get the work done because they were so busy but it was worth the wait. The tech who did the work was friendly and courteous. The house was built in 1924 so some of the previous wiring was and quot;creativeand quot;. I will definitely use Kaas Electric again and have already recommended them to 2 friends.

I had a lamp post that quit working. At 8am I called Kaas Electric. I explained that I work noon-8 every day so need a morning. Bu 9am, a very courteous, professional and competent electrician with over 25 years experience had installed a photocell and repaired some bad wiring in the lamp post. They corrected some bad electrical work. Very pleased and highly recommend these folks. I was pretty wired by the bad wiring--but they took the shock out of the experience. Really lit up my day with some great connections.

Shawn, the worker arrived on time. He went right to work drilling the holes for the can lights. After he drilled all he holes he ran the necessary wiring between the holes to connect to the lights. Shawn was very meticulous with everything that he did. When he was done he cleaned up everywhere in the house that he had worked and you would never had known that he had been there. The job was done perfectly and the lights look fantastic. The cost of the job was very competitive. We feel that we really got our money's worth. We will definitely call Kaas Electric the next time we need electrical work done. Great work, great price, and great people.
