Jespersen Construction

After searching months for a contractor, we discovered Richard Jesperson on Angies's List. (Yes, I know this sounds like an ad for Angie's List!) He came out to our country home as promised and told us what he thought about the job. Since some parts of it were hidden, we agreed an hourly charge would work better than a bid. He was busy, so it was several weeks until he could get to it, but he did come as promised and began work. He was an extremely hard worker with a breadth of experience. No fooling around. Very easy to work with, clear and cordial communication. We would definitely work with him again and have recommended him to friends.

Jespersen Construction arrived at the time agreed upon. He repaired the roof and it looks to be a very well done job. After the job was done he reduced the price that we had agreed to on the phone by 25%. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any house repairs.

He arrived on time and immediately began work. He removed stair treads and built up the support structure for two steps in the main stair and one in the stairs to the finished attic. He didn't talk much but completed the job professionally and quickly. Very pleased with the results.

Fantastic! We all know what a "smart" phone is. Well, he is a "smart" contractor that is courteous can be trusted to do it right. He makes sure things are right and catches issues that need correcting. He had to bring in some subcontractors and was able to coordinate and oversee their work. He had a positive attitude, was amiable and performed the work to perfection on a timely basis. He also used plastic to prevent wood dust and cleaned up after himself. I definitely would recommend him to other members and will hire him again. Very constructive. In fact, I'd have to say he nailed it, knock on wood.

He goes to my church and I know a lot of people who have done work with him and they all love him. He does excellent work on water mitigation. If someone has mold growing in their walls he does a lot of reclaiming of those walls. In fact most of his work is that but he'd really like to get into carpentry. He shows extreme integrity through and through.
