The installers were not very professional. When installing the flooring they just put it down & cut it; as a result the flooring was not completely straight. They also forgot to be sure the drain hose for the washing machine was properly positioned causing a major flood with over $11,000 damage to my home. I did talk to the owner "Dan", who promised to investigate & call me back-he never did & was always "not available" when I tried to reach him. The installer tried to tell me it was nothing and he would take care of it. Lucky for me I have a son who is an attorney and insisted I call a different company for an estimate. I then insisted on the installer's insurance information. Insurance did cover the damage, but not the inconvenience and I would never do business with this company again. The floor was reinstalled by Nebraska Furniture Mart-these men measured and took toe flooring to be cut then installed it. Much more professionally done!
