The gates portion went well. The installer used 2 18 yr olds who had never installed this product. I have glue everywhere.

Steve was very quick to respond to our request for a quote, came over right away & gave us just what we needed to get our home ready to put on the market without trying to sell us more than was necessary. The carpet was just the right quality & price to enhance our home to help get it sold. He also went out of his way to make sure he could get us on his schedule as soon as possible & had it installed the first day we had available for him to do so! That's service! He also kept in contact with us every step of the way & investigated options to repair a laminate issue from a previous installation by another company. His installers were fast, professional & friendly and worked hard to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. It was such a relief to have the laminate issue repaired & looking great again! We would definitely recommend Steve to anyone needing carpet, hardwood or laminate flooring!

Perfect. Jill was very helpful in choosing the carpet. Brought Sample books to our home (much nicer than digging through hundreds of samples and still not know what we wanted). We could see samples in the actual room they would be installed in and she had a computer program where she could actually show us what it would look like installed. Carpet arrived right on time and Jill was on hand to make sure everything went as planned when the installer arrived.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Loved getting to see the samples ( good sized...not the tiny squares you get at big box stores) in my home. And it could have been overwhelming but Jill asks good questions and really thinks about what will work best for your situation and that helps to narrow options. Installation was painless too. Jill uses very professional installers. We had a lot of stairs to be done and were worried as original carpet on stairs had some issues....not anymore! We purposely chose chose a higher end carpet and we LOVE it. It's been in for almost 4 months and it still smells and feels brand new. We learned a lot in the process too.....regarding pads and installation technique. Jill really knows her stuff. We will definitely be calling her again when its time to do some additional rooms!

This was the easiest home improvement project we've had in years - Floor Coverings Internation of Des Moines made it SO simple. They come to your home and bring the samples to you. No more dragging all over town to find what you want!
I really appreciated that she helped me stay in my budget and provided some great options within my range. The installers do a fantastic job (including a thorough clean up) and the owner was sure to follow-up on my satisfaction once the job was complete.
All around, our project with Floor Coverings International of Des Moines was a fantastic experience - we'll be doing more projects with them soon!
