Owner was very easy to work with and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, the trim carpenter and the painter were a weak spot. Several areas were not level or square and the staining of the wood was not top quality. Owner made a number of changes for us at cost, or for free. Too bad that the woodworking and finish were poor; that will cost the business our next build, which will be this year.
