Dream Steam Carpet Clean

Dream Steam did a great job. The technician who came out was very friendly and professional. He spent a few hours at it and cleaned every inch of carpet in the place, doing a good job of getting up stains. They also put down a deodorizer. When they left the carpets looked clean, smelled clean and felt clean. My wife and I had been thinking we might have to get new carpets if this didn't work, but as it turned out, they look almost new again, and they turned out to be really high quality, expensive carpets. So we are definitely keeping them now that they are clean. Also, I think the price was very fair for the size house we have, which is on the bigger side and has mostly carpets everywhere. One thing to be aware of: there was only one Dream Steam technician who came to the house, so if you need/want furniture moved you may need to help them lift it. That's what I ended up doing. Normally I think they just go around it, but since I wanted every bit of pet/perfume stink out, I opted to help them lift things. You may be able to request help with this in advance and have them send a second technician out, I don't know. But they did come well prepared for lifting furniture otherwise, bringing a lot of those foam blocks to put furniture on so that the carpet underneath can dry. When I next need carpet cleaning I will be very likely to hire this company again.

The gentleman arrived on time, was very friendly, and did a thorough job in a reasonable amount of time.  Our carpet is 12 years old and has dog urine stains that don't come out, but everything else did.  I have used them at least 5 times and have always been happy with the results.

They were very good and they really remove dirt out of the carpet. It was the best service I have ever had. It looks almost brand new and it was beautiful. They leave a professional looking wand pattern on the carpet and put your furniture legs up on small styrofoam blocks.

hey were very pleasant. They tried to clean the carpet. I have 3 dogs. I did better myself with the Resolve dry powder. I just don't have the money right now. The den is where I spend most of my time. My daughter's dog is with me. I don't think she is ever going to get her back. It's a Yorkshire terrier. Although she spends quite a bit of the time outside, it does smell in here. The guys from the company weren't terribly knowledgeable. I have several handmade Chinese silk and they said they wouldn't touch those. I have 2 superfine pure wool handmade Moroccan carpets and they wouldn't touch those either. We are talking hundreds of dollars to send them to another city to be cleaned. The Arabs just throw the wool carpets on the driveway and hose them down and clean them with a brush. I have seen them do it because I actually bought the rugs in the country. I can't find anybody to clean the Chinese ones. I tried the Arab way on one of the carpets, the big one. It was $1000.00 back in 1976, but Dream Steam Carpet Clean doesn't know anything about it so that was too bad. They were prompt. The price was reasonable. They were very pleasant. They did the best they could. They said that if the stains lifted a little bit, they would come back and touch them up again. You can't see the stains in the ones in the den so much, but the stains in the ones upstairs are so visible. It's not worth $80.00 to have them cleaned again by a professional. They were really nice, but it wasn't their fault that there was no resolution. I would not use them again in the future.

The team showed up on time and the carpets looks great. I had a couple of stains that did not come all the way out and they pointed those out to me before they left and gave me some hints on how to keep future stains from getting set. They guarantee their work for 30 days, which I like.
