Dallas has worked for us more than once, and always does a high quality job. He gives a detailed written estimate of the work to be completed that clearly describes the home project. His skills and knowledge cover a broad range of areas in the home. We could depend on him to come when scheduled, and meet designated deadlines. We will certainly use him again when we need other home projects completed.

Dallas did an excellent job. He was professional from start to finish, as were his subcontractors he brought in for specialties. The work was done at a high quality level and the room addition finishes matched exactly to our existing finishes in our home, including trim, colors, two different texture types. His quote stayed firm through the whole project and only changed when we changed something, and even then were notified in plenty of time and given options. Dallas is an honest contractor and good communicator. Highly recommend.

Excellent. Dallas Hoover explained what he was doing, asked if we had any questions, and completed the project to our satisfaction. Hoover Construction is reasonably priced, the quality of work is excellent, and post-project requests are followed up on. We greatly appreciate Dallas Hoover and the work that he provides.

I would highly recommend this company again. They were very thorough and explained every detail that they encountered. During the initial estimates they discussed different options available for the project and some initial issues that could happen. They stuck to their estimate and with a couple problems that occurred during the remodel, they gave us the estimated costs and kept it as close to our budget as possible. I will likely be using them again when I start my kitchen project.
