I took the car in for air conditioning, door lock, seat panel repairs and oil change, the first two of which were covered by warranty. The staff was very professional and timely. Also patiently answered questions, communicated mechanical issues and coordinated repairs with warranty company. They identified two additional problems, a power steering leak and oil pan leak, both of which they coordinated with the warranty company for repair coverage. I was a bit leery of the additional warranty work at first, but then remembered I had been told by another service provider that my power steering fluid had been low. It had been refilled at that time and was now low again. I'm grateful that Dewey proactively found this and got it repaired before my warranty expired. All repairs totaled close to $3000, but with warranty coverage I paid only $180 which included deductible, oil change and wheel alignment. No problems at all with getting the warranty (which I purchased with my used vehicle from this dealership) to cover repairs. The car seems to be working great now, although possibly something of a lemon.... Previous Dodge Caravan I owned went into much higher miles before serious mechanical issues. Glad I had Dewey service and warranty to help me out.
