The staff are wonderful. My dogs got into a fight. The one dog had a history of unprovoked aggression and attacked my other dog, breaking it’s leg. I had to have the aggressive one euthanized. It was a very difficult ordeal. The staff were extremely kind and understanding. They allowed me to spend alone time with her before and after the injection. They were able to make this awful situation much more tolerable through their compassion and kindness. The other dog is receiving ongoing care for her broken leg. The gentle care she gets during her dressing changes is appreciated very much. I have relied on this clinic many times over the years and have come to expect the utmost in professionalism as well as kindness and understanding. They’ve been available for routine care as well as emergency situations. I give them an A+!!!

Told dog needed hip replacement (dog was 1 year old) and placed dog on medication. Medication helped so that was good advice. Cost of medication was 4X drug store price. Hip replacement surgery is $5000 per hip. There is an alternate surgery that costs $300 per hip. The alternate was not offered.

Instead of waiting to send stool sample out to lab on Monday, vet decided to run lab tests in house that day. Called to discuss with me his symptoms and felt that it would be in his best interest not to wait. Ran the tests, called me back with results and had medicine to treat within 2 hours. All this on Sunday morning/early afternoon. Not a serious problem, but was nice to handle quickly on weekend rather than have to wait until Monday. This is only one example of the excellent service we have received from Creature Comforts over the past few years. All the employees at this vet clinic have been wonderful to us throughout serious illness and final termination of pets. I would not trust my furry babies to anyone else.

I have been using them for about 6 or 7 years and like them a lot. They are very good with the cats, work with them well and treat them nice.

It is an emergency vet clinic. They did a very good job. I've used them before for emergency vet care. They are great with animals. I used them for my own dog and a family member’s dog. They were very professional.
