The commander was very prompt in returning my Angie's list messages and came on the next available work day at about 4p.  He was very friendly and measured the rooms quickly with a laser tool and told me how much the cost would be before cleaning. 

Everything went well. Larry was very courteous, professional and punctual. The price was reasonable and we are satisfied about the work that was done. We would use them again.

Did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my house, cleaned under furniture which was great.   Recommend them.

I called the company on a Thursday and booked an appointment for the following Monday for 1:00 P.M.  A little before the appointed time Larry and Rae, owners of the business arrived, introduced themselves and began work.  The area to be cleaned was first measured and I was told what the total price would be for the job.  I was concerned about one particular large spot in a very visible area of the room.  Larry assured me that he would be able to get the spot out.  I had several other spots from pets and spills.  When all was finished the carpet looked great!  I will be setting up appointments to have my carpets cleaned by them at least once a year and more often if needed.  The job took about an hour, and unlike some carpet cleaning there was not a lot of drying time as this was done with steam.  The carpet looked good and smelled great.
Not only were Larry and Rae professional, but they were also very personable and friendly.  I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned.

1. Larry and Rae cleaned three carpeted rooms and two futons within one hour. 
2. Larry gave us one room cleaning free of charge. 
3. All of the carpets (Nylon, Wool) were cleaned absolutely wonderfully. 

He did an awesome job. His prices were very reasonable and provided me with a coupon. I will definitely use him again in the future. They extracted all the water so you are able to walk on the carpets immediately following the cleaning. They are a very trustworthy business.

They got out spots we thought were permanent and said to call back if any of them reappears.

They were mediocre. I would not use them again.

He was very nice and professional. We had a mystery stain on the carpet from our contractor. The stain did not come out the 1st time and so he came back free of charge and got most of it out the 2nd time.

Larry and Jo showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule and did a great job.  The carpets look great.  Larry also gave us some excently ideas on treating stains and accidents.
Larry is the owner and it was great dealing with an owner/operator.

It was great. Very nice people. He got stains out that had been there for a long long time. Several other companies have tried to get there stains out but were not successful. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service.

The gentleman who showed up was very friendly and respectful. He inspected my condo and told me exactly what he was going to do. The carpets were cleaned very quickly and looked near new when he was done. I will definetly use them again!

The owner came over to provide a free carpet cleaning estimate and gave us the estimate on the spot that day.  We also received the discount offered through Angie's List.  He arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning our carpets.  He was willing to move some of the furniture and moved quickly, but was thorough as well.  He also left a small bottle of carpet cleaner with us, which was nice.  He did a good job and we'd hire them again.

Larry arrived on time, measured the areas we wanted cleaned, and gave us an estimate of the cost.  Additionally, he told us how to handle future pet stains, which was very helpful.  He went to work cleaning the carpet, and then applied the Scotch Guard.  We had previously used a carpet shampoo machine on our carpet, but never got the results we wanted and the stains returned in a short period of time.  We are very pleased the results of this service.

  My fiance and myself recently purchased a house and scheduled Commander to clean all the carpets and start fresh.  The bank delayed our closing three different times; so we scheduled Commander three different times.  Each time we spoke with them, they were very flexible, professional, and extremely understanding of the home buying process and the headaches that come with it.  Larry was the worker that showed up on time, and ready to work.  He was very friendly and professional, explained the process, and gave an accurate, up-front estimate by measuring square footage and getting a stair count.  He gave me an Angie's List member discount, so be sure to ask for that.  He was thorough with his work and there were no surprises or fees or anything unexpected.  Our home was vacant at the time, but when our furniture is moved in, we will have them back to clean our cloth furniture as well.  Larry and Commander Carpet Care are the exact type of business we were hoping to find when searching for carpet cleaning.  You won't go wrong with choosing them.  A little bonus:  1,100 square feet of carpet only cost me 285 dollars with tax.  Price was phenomenal for the work received.
