I had Clean Master do a whole house carpet cleaning which included 3 bedrooms, family room, and livingroom (all large rooms). They also cleaned the carpet on the stairway and down a long hallway. They were very courteous and called right away when it looked as though they might be a little late. They again called to let me know they were enroute, and as it turned out they were very close to being on time. My carpets were not extremely dirty or stained, so I couldn't see a night and day difference. The most challenging area (the stairway) cleaned up very well. They also moved furnishings without charging. The carpet was completely dry by the middle of the next day. The price included whole house Scotch Guarding. If I choose to have my carpets cleaned with them annually, the price will never increase. Both men were very courteous, professional, and efficient. I will use them again the next time my carpet need cleaned.

I was not sure if it would be worth cleaning again because the carpet looked so bad. I have had my carpet cleaned regularly by a company that uses dry cleaning. That was fine when it was new, but it is now 15 years old and it looked tired. I decided to try a differnet cleaner and if it didnt work, I would go ahead and replace the carpet.
Brian came out and mixed his cleaning ingredients. He said he could restore carpets that looked worse than mine. He did not use restoration process on mine, but he did a good, deep cleaning. I am very satisfied with the way my carpet looks now. I don't need to replace it, but I will have Brian come out regularly.
When Brian came out, he did not have the bottle of spot cleaning solution that was promised, but he brouhgt me 2 bottles within the week.

In contacting the service I tried email and that wasn't really working so found it was better to call the office. Once we did get the appointment scheduled they were prompt. They explained what they were doing and the solutions they were using to clean the carpet. The stains took an extra dose of cleaning solution to remove. The carpet looks very clean and I was satisfied with the service. I will use them in the future for carpet cleaning.

The job always go well with Clean Sweep Carpet. They are on time, with a small window, not making you wait on them.

We appreciated receiving service directly from the owner of the company. What a contrast with the franchise operations more commonly available in most communities. His depth of knowledge made all the difference, and we are thrilled with the results. Replacing carpets is no longer a top priority for our household. Called got on the schedule quick and they did as promosed, just a little pricey but fair.

Brian arrived promptly, protected door frames and floors from hoses.  He works efficiently and the carpets look like new when he is done.  Brian has been cleaning our carpets in our current home and our past home for 15-20 years.  He has removed stains that other companies where unable to remove.  Once using Clean Sweep Carpet Care I would not use anyone else and would highly recommend them to you.

They were very thorough and conscientious. They got all of the water out of our carpet. They were very careful of our furniture and protective of the house.

The job went very well. They charge high, but the quality of work they do matches the price, they were able to help us to reclaim our carpets instead of replace them so they helped us save a couple thousand dollars. Their integrity and responsiveness was excellent. I refer them to everybody.
