Central Iowa Builders Inc

Central Iowa Builders (CIB) was a very good business that worked with us. The service professionals and the sales folks were both professional and courteous. They were backlogged because of the weather but it took over a month to catch up and finally do our windows, which we did not enjoy. But they provided prompt and excellent service and did the replacement in one day, much faster than the estimated two-day time. Overall--excellent work!!

The  windows were put in first. The gentleman who put them in cleaned up any mess that was made after each window was completed.  After completing the last window he then showed and explained  how they worked. He was  very pleasant and helpful.   The following week 2 gentlemen came to put the siding on. They also were just as pleasant and helpful as the first. They kept everything  clean and orderly as they worked. You could tell they knew what they were doing and did it very well.   After they were done and ready to leave they assured us if we had any problems or questions to be sure and let them know.  I found them to be honest and trustworthy and would recommend them to anyone.
