Brett arrived in time. Got to work right away diagnosing problem. Found problem on board in about 10 minutes. When and got part replaced and unit works great again.

They do great work. Systems work flawlessly. I'm saving money each month because they are so much more efficient. Work was performed by highly trained professionals that were knowledgeable and courteous. They cleaned up after the job and answered all our questions.

All work was completed as requested, and the technicians even sealed up some of the existing duct work that was not sealed well by the original installer.

Aspen Aire came out quickly and were very professional when replacing the unit. Before the sale, they were honest in telling us what our options were (and not all of them included a $3000 air conditioner) and when we did choose them, they were priced very reasonably. We would use them again.

After having two other heating and air conditioning companies tell me I needed a new air conditioning unit costing thousands of dollars since my old unit is over twenty years old and had quit working, had Aspen Aire come out for a third opinion, they were top notch professionals and fixed my central air for $200, it did have a defective part, that was back in May and here it is August and my central air conditioning has worked like a new unit since then, Aspen Aire saved me thousands of dollars by not having to buy a new central air conditioning unit and fixing my old one. If you are looking for an Honest Heating and Air Conditioning Company, look no farther!

We had Aspen Air install a geothermal unit in at our house in 2010. This summer, the heat was so brutal it popped some kind of part (compressor maybe?). Aspen came out right away and replaced it with a temporary part while waiting for our unit's warranty part to come in. I was so thankful to only have to spend a few hours without a/c when it was well over 100 degrees.

They were fine. A few weeks after they fixed the issue the A/C started not working again. They came back and found that a contact wasn’t right. They fixed the contact and they did not charge me for this.

Aspen Aire was professional, courteous, and prompt. They outlined everything they would do and how much it would cost. The employees were punctual, clean, and pleasant. They even ensured we had all necessary paperwork to qualify for our energy company's rebate process. We have rental property, and if any heating or cooling problems arise, we will definitely call on Aspen Aire to do the job.
