Got a rude call when the driver went to pick up at the wrong location and accused of taking their dumpster. Then was overcharged for the wrong pickup.

We will be moving to a new house in Ankeny. When I contacted them about this, they said to contact them when the move had been made, and they will change our account to the new location. Pleasant, courteous, helpful--I could keep going with positive adjectives, but I hope you get the message. If you try them, you won't go to anyone else!

We do have a choice in our area for garbage collection. I would recommend them. I changed to them because I wasn't happy with the other one. The price is better than what I was paying before.
