I like his reasonable rates, high level of knowledge and he looks for inexpensive way to treat your dog and not just about what he's going to get money on, he really cares about animals. He's excellent and he's just so knowledgeable.

My vet is Dr. Steven Dotzenrod and he is so kind and so soft with my pets. They do blood work and they give me copies of the results, so I get to see the results and then I know what is happening to them and I understand what their blood chemistry is. They share with me. They have been very cooperative. Since I am from the medical field, they allow me to bring home my own medication and give it to one of my cats. Dr. Dotzenrod knows who I am, what I do, where I work and so on and he feels comfortable to trust me and I trust him a hundred percent, even though one of my cats, Peanut doesn't like him. They are gentle and they keep the environment there very peaceful. They don't mix the cats, the dogs, the cats have their own place, and the dogs have their own place. It is very clean and it smells good. They usually do surgeries in the morning, I work nights, and I get an appointment in the afternoon, which is difficult, because I try to get everything done in the morning. That is the only little thing about them. I would highly recommend them.
