Plumbing
Sometimes it can be a little hard to schedule a plumber, and it turns out that our house that he was working on is not that far from where he and his family live. I would call him and say I have discovered that the laundry hookup for the washer are leaking and we've got the water turned off to them right now but we need to get them fixed, and he said I'll swing by after I finish my last job today, I will get that fixed, it won't take long. He would go out, if something like that, we have the motor already shut down, we weren't already living in the house, but he is like it's a quick job, I will go ahead and take care of it right away.
