WE THOUGHT THE SUPPLIER MIGHT TAKE PICTURES OF THE EXISTING KITCHEN AND THEN PROVIDE CONCEPTUAL PICTURES (ON THE COMPUTER) OF THE POSSIBLE ALTERNATIVES. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. SOME 3-D DWGS WERE GENERATED AND SUPPLIED FOR THE SELECTED CABINETS.
RESPONSE WAS LACKING WHEN WE WOULD CALL FOR DELIVERY INFO. CABINETS DID ARRIVE AT THE TIME NEEDED. QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP ON THE PRODUCTS WAS VERY GOOD. ALSO PURCHASED COUNTERTOPS FROM THIS SUPPLIER AND AGAIN, WE WERE NOT KEPT WELL INFORMED AS TO THE PROGRESS OF THEM. THEY WERE PRETTY MUCH ON TIME.
THERE WAS A BILL SENT TO US FOR THE CABINETS AFTER WE HAD MADE A SIGNIFICANT DEPOSIT AND THE SUPPLIER FORGOT WE HAD ALREADY PAID THE DEPOSIT - WAS BILLING THE TOTAL COST.
SUPPLIER DID NOT EVEN COME TO SEE THE FINISHED PROJECT. THIS WAS A TURNOFF.
