Foundation Repair
We had an estimate/bid in 1 visit. Work started 2 days later (so quickly, in fact, that the heating contractor never inspected the furnace for possible repair.) When we noticed that the estimate made no mention of a new basement floor it was added quickly with very little adjustment to price. The job was done as quickly as we could hope and we have a solid, square basement. My only quibbles are that the gas line from the house to the garage was left looking bent and nothing was said about its being tested; also when they reinstalled the sump pump in the floor they re-used the old hose without realizing it had been torn. I didn't know why my basement was wet until I tested the pump myself and found the leak. Overall I'm very happy. The price was very close to the estimate, the work was quick and communication with James was clear and easy.
