The guy they sent, who I believe may have been the owners son, showed up on time and went right to work. He was very polite, even took his shoes off before entering. Found that the AC unit was low on freon and filled it up. He explained what the problem could be if any and to keep an eye on how well the unit is cooling. I was very please with their service and ended up taking them signing a (non-binding) service contract with them to have the unit checked every spring and fall.
