Cleaned up after the job.
Our plumber got the flu and was unable to keep the first appointment he scheduled with us. He called us more than a day in advance to let us know he was sick. He worked our job back into his schedule very quickly after he recovered from the flu.
Our plumber told us when to expect him and arrived on time. He was clean and professionally attired.
He was courteous, professional, and friendly. He did not use his time or our time talking. He got straight to work and completed the job quickly. He left the house cleaner than he found it.
Before leaving he asked us to look over his work and informed us how much the bill would be.
He was happy to make plumbing suggestions for work he wasn't even being paid for. He was easy to communicate with.
Our plumber did not give us expensive alternative options for materials costs. It was clear that he wanted to work with us to help us meet our budget for the work.
The price for the completed work was in the price range he told us to expect. The completed work was professional and workmanlike.
