Tile in bathroom was crooked. 1 year after instalation tiles started coming up, grout cracked. Of course the builders warranty was over and when I tried to call and complain they had closed all 6 of their stores in iowa. Now I'm stuck having to replace the entire tile floor in my master bath.

Everything went great. In fact when we were looking to do another flooring project we were going to use Flooring Gallery, but they went out of business in Ames. Not sure about other locations.
