Crise Appliance Services

They were able to schedule my appointment on the same day I called and they fixed the problem that same day. Other companies I have used usually schedule the appointment as much as a week away. Then they come and diagnose the problem and have to schedule another visit to fix the problem. I was very impressed with Crise Appliance Service!

My washing machine keeps on going out of balance during the spin cycle and giving me a code of "dc" on the panel. I have a Samsung HE top loader. When I called, I asked if  they had experience with Samsung. They told me yes, they service all washers. They sent Shannon out that afternoon! He called prior to arrival, which was very nice and was at my house within 2 hours of my call to the office. Shannon was very nice and was honest with me that he had not worked on a Samsung before and did not know much about them. He checked the service codes and called in to see if his boss had any advice for him for what the problem might be. No error codes came up and his boss did not know about Samsung either. Shannon told me he would do some research and find out more information for me. He was not able to fix anything while he was here, since no error codes were present. He left that day without really doing anything to the washer other than watch it go through a spin cycle. He has since done more research and has called me this past week with his findings. Unfortunately his research turned up no resolution to our out of balance problem. I have not received a bill yet from them, but the person on the phone had quoted me $60 trip charge, so this is what I am expecting to pay. I will be returning Shannon's call tomorrow to see what the next step will be to get this fixed. It is unfortunate that I had them come out since they really do not have any Samsung experience, but Shannon did his best to find a solution to our problem. Shannon was a very nice guy and professional.
