The service was excellent. During the quote, the provider came to my home and did a walkthrough to count all registers and returns, looked at the furnace and AC and got the entire system layout in order to do a quote. It was a two-day job and each day he was there EXACTLY at the time he said he would be there. He spent a lot of time describing the system to me and why his in-home unit would work well. He described the entire process and stopped a number of times to answer any questions that I had while he was doing the work. I had no sense that he was trying to rush the job to get on to the next job somewhere else. He was extremely thorough. He even pointed out things about my house that I should take a closer look at (such as problems with the paint adhesion on a few walls, etc. He was not trying to sell me additional services). One of the most impressive things was that he found an air register that was not installed correctly and so he spent some time grinding and filing it to shape so that it could be replaced and not damage the floor after he was done with his cleaning.
I would hire him again and recommend his services to a friend without hesitation.
